Referral and Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity, and willing to live in a supportive community-based environment. Participation in case management and supportive services is required.
Priority is given to adults experiencing chronic homelessness, individuals living with disabilities, adults managing mental health conditions, individuals re-entering the community following incarceration, and those facing systemic barriers to housing and stability
Program Fit Considerations
Noonan’s Village is a supportive but non-clinical housing program. Individuals requiring 24-hour medical care, inpatient psychiatric treatment, or secure facilities may not be appropriate for placement. Applicants who pose an active safety risk may not be eligible.
Referral Sources
Referrals may be submitted by social service agencies, healthcare providers, shelters, outreach teams, re-entry programs, transitional housing providers, or through self-referral when space allows.
Required Referral Information
Referral information may include demographic details, housing status, description of support needs, verification of disability or mental health needs when applicable, re-entry documentation when applicable, and contact information for the referring party. Lack of documentation does not automatically disqualify an applicant.
