Welcome to Noonan’s Village
Noonan’s Village is a supportive housing community dedicated to serving unsheltered adults, individuals living with disabilities, people navigating mental health challenges, and adults transitioning back into society after incarceration.
We believe housing is more than shelter. It is the foundation for healing, dignity, and long term independence. At Noonan’s Village, residents are met with compassion, structure, and the support needed to rebuild their lives in a safe and empowering environment.

Supportive Housing
Safe, structured, and respectful living environments that promote stability, dignity, and personal growth.
Wrap Around Services
Individualized case management, mental health referrals, disability advocacy, life skills development, employment readiness, and assistance with identification and benefits.

Our mission is to provide stable housing, wrap around support services, and community centered care that empowers vulnerable adults to regain independence, improve well being, and reintegrate into society with confidence and purpose.
We are committed to breaking cycles of homelessness, isolation, and instability by addressing the whole person mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially.
